Return Policy

- Stock items in their original carton and condition (as new) may be returned and will be inspected prior to a credit being issued. Items must be clean and in sell-able condition and will have a 25% Re-Stocking Fee.

- Any non-stock item is considered a special order. This includes changing the appearance of a stock item (ex: painting stock lumber). All special orders are to be paid for in full at the time of order and are NON-REFUNDABLE.  Samples are available if requested before purchase.

- Our drivers are not allowed to pick up return merchandise unless they have pre-approval before leaving our lumberyard.

- All returns must be requested within 30 Days of purchase.

- We will do our best to help cooperate with you to help find a home for any non-returnable items.
