With spring and warmer weather being right around the corner, we are getting a jump on project season over here at Homestead Timbers. If you are an owner of a deck or home with wood siding, you know what project season means: preserving your asset. We believe that the best way to do so is by using Total Wood Preservative.

Total Wood Preservative, or TWP for short, is our choice stain for preserving all of our lumber-based projects. The mildew resistant, rot-preventing, water-repelling stain ensures your deck, siding, fence, or roof is protected from all of the harsh weather, harmful UV rays, and pests out there.

A wet-on-wet, 2-coat application can be applied with a brush, mitt, or sprayer, with each gallon of product providing 150-200 square feet of coverage. The UV screening pigments in each 1-gallon or 5-gallon pail aid in color retention and keep your project looking fresh for 2-3 years.

We are gearing up to do our big spring buy this month, so we will have a full inventory of our stock colors including Clear, Cedartone Natural, Pecan, Honeytone, Redwood, Rustic, and Dark Oak starting in April. Come on out to our brand new showroom to help preserve your asset today, the TWP way!
